Bio

I didn't begin running to win races. I started out of pure boredom. But what began as a mere form of distraction was soon to become a passion for life itself.

I understand the realities of a hard-working career - because I live it. Working full-time in the corporate world, I understand exactly what it is like to shut down your laptop at the end of a stressful day, deal with tight deadlines and still get that hard interval session done. My coaching is created around your life, and not the other way around. I focus on how you can adapt your training to your daily reality so you can then successfully balance your professional ambitions with the serious goals of endurance.

As a coach, I don't work on guesswork or the "it works for me" kind of philosophy. My approach is backed by sound and evidence-based foundations. I became a UESCA Certified Running Coach and earned my TrainingPeaks Accreditation prior to beginning my coaching career.

Your time is at a premium, so there are no junk miles here. Every workout in my plans has a clear physiological goal to maximise your return on invested time. But a plan only works if it gets done.
